Homes for making memories, rooted in seaside splendor.
For more than forty-five years, Ramsey McHale has built fine homes on Sea Island and across the Golden Isles. We work as one team with the architect, the designer and the family, with budgets that stay open to the homeowner from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.

Our approach
Experience
Third-generation Golden Isles builders. The last twenty-five years have gone into Sea Island’s oceanfront homes.
Knowledge
A detailed estimate and construction schedule before ground is broken, and budgets the homeowner can see at any time.
Commitment
One team with your architect and designer, and relationships that last as long as our homes do.
“Houses are like people. Some you like and some you don’t like, and once in a while there is one you love.”
The firm
Building Construction, Georgia Tech. Came home to St. Simons in 2015 to form Ramsey McHale with Buzzy.
A third-generation Golden Isles native, building for more than forty years.
